Visiting Times and Instructions
Dear Visitor
With our full appreciation for your visit to the patient, as the purpose of the visit is to check on his health, therefore, in the interest of the patient’s safety and comfort, and to provide the best means of health care, you, dear visitor, must adhere to the following guidelines.
General Rules
- No more than four (4) visitors are allowed to visit the patient at one time.
- Not allowing children under (10) years old to visit the patient without a permit from the Social Work Department, due to some special cases that require taking certain measures to prevent the spread of infection.
- The nursing staff has the right not to accept children's visits for preventive reasons.
- Visitors are not allowed to view the patient's medical file.
- The possibility of inquiring about the patient's condition from the medical staff, but after they have finished passing through the patients.

Visiting times for inpatients
Saturday to Thursday: 09:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Friday: Starts from: 00:03 in the afternoon until: 9:30 in the evening.
Visiting times for intensive care - newborns
Only mother-father-grandfather-grandmother are allowed to visit.
Visit to the intensive care unit
Visits are permitted as directed by the intensive care unit doctors.

- When there is any change in the information registered with the hospital (such as: your marital status, address or phone number), you must notify the registration office.
- Your use of another patient's card is extremely dangerous from a medical point of view and may subject you to liability.
- When you visit the clinic, you must bring medical reports, laboratory tests, and medications (if any) to help the doctor accurately diagnose and treat.
- You must appear fifteen (15) minutes before the appointment, unless otherwise requested.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring children who are not sick to the hospital.
- The appointment must be canceled or changed if you are unable to attend, at least (24) twenty-four hours before the appointment.
